Fresh Faces Contest Regeln
1) Um beim “FRESH FACES 2012” Wettbewerb teilnehmen zu können, benötigst du folgende Anforderungen
Frauen – Im Alter von 15 bis 20 Jahren und einer Mindesthöhe von 1,70m (5.6 feet)
Males – Im Alter von 17 bis 30 Jahren und einer Mindesthöhe von 1,80m (5.9 feet)
2) ERSTELLE EIN PROFIL AUF MODELMANAGEMENT.COM UM AUSGEWÄHLT ZU WERDEN
Wenn du noch kein Profil auf modelmanagement.com hast, musst du dir eins erstellen. Das kannst du machen indem du auf “Sign up” klickst und entweder New Face (Angehendes Model) oder Professionelles Model wählst. Bitte fülle alle Felder aus, denn sie sind wichtig für deine Bewerbung zum Wettbewerb. Zudem ist es wichtig, dass du genaue Daten bei deinen Körpermassen und dein richtiges Alter angibst. Wenn du schon ein Profil auf Modelmanagement.com hast solltest du es gegebenenfalls aktualisieren.
3) AKTUALISIERE/LADE DEINE FOTOS HOCH
Um vorausgewähIt zu werden musst du deine 4 besten Fotos auswählen, bei welchen du denkst, dass sie dich am besten präsentieren. Dabei muss eine Nahaufnahme sein (natürlich, ohne Make-up) und eine Aufnahme von deinem Körper in Bademode. Die anderen Bilder kannst du frei wählen… Je mehr Bilder desto besser. Die Bilder müssen aktuell sein, aber nicht unbedingt von einem professionellen Fotografen.
Premium models haben den Vorteil, dass auf ihrer Voting-Seite 4 Bilder angezeigt werden können während andere Models nur 1 anzeigen können.
Bitte beachte, dass bei der Teilnahme des Wettbewerbs nicht nur professionelle Mitglieder, sondern alle Besucher deine Polaroids sehen koennen.

Beachte: Dies ist keine Voraussetzung, sondern nur ein Service, der aber optional für die Teilnahme des Wettbewerbs wäre. Außerdem ist man nicht automatisch qualifiziert, wenn man an einem modelmanagement.com Fotoshooting teilnimmt, oder mit einem modelmanagement.com Fotografen gearbeitet hat. Dies hat keinen Einfluss auf die Vorauswahl.
4) FÜLLE ALLE BENÖTIGTEN FELDER MIT DEINEN PERSÖNLICHEN INFORMATIONEN AUS
- Vor- und Nachname
- Geburtsdatum
- Deine Körpermaße
- Adresse und Telefonnummer
- Name und Telefonnummern deiner Eltern falls du minderjährig bist.
5) WOHER WEIß ICH DASS ICH AUSGEWÄHLT WURDE?
Wenn du ausgewählt wurdest, am Fresh Faces 2012 Wettbewerb teilnehmen zu können, erhälst du eine Bestätigungs-Email von modelmanagement.com in den nächsten 7 Tagen nach deiner Bewerbung.
6) WAS PASSIERT WENN ICH VORAUSGEWÄHLT WURDE?
Das Online-Vote-System für Fresh Faces 2012 ist für alle zugänglich, die modelmanagement.com besuchen. Um deine Votes zu erhöhen kannst du deine Freunde und Familie einladen für dich abzustimmen und dein Profil auf Facebook zu teilen, um so viele Stimmen wie möglich zu bekommen!
7) WIE WERDE ICH FINALIST?
Die Finalisten werden von Experten von TRAFFIC MODELS und modelmanagement.com ausgewähl, welche die Anzahl der Stimmen und weitere Kriterien betrachten werden. Außerdem musst du für die Castings und das große Finale verfügbar sein und vorallem...musst du sehr motiviert sein um ein Model zu werden!
8) WAS KANN ICH GEWINNEN?
Wenn du als Finalist ausgewählt wurdest, wirst du zum 2-Tägigen Finale in Barcelona eingeladen, wo du die Chance hast, mit Fashion Professionals zu interagieren, und auf dem Runway im La Maquinista zu laufen.
Unser Team aus Make-up Artists, Hair Stylists, Fotografen, Choreografen und Fashion Stylists wird dich in ein professionelles Model verwandeln, und es wird ein Fotoshoot geplant, um Fotos in Top Qualität für dein Portfolio zum machen.
Die zwei Finalisten (ein Mann & eine Frau) welche den Fresh Faces Wettbewerb gewonnen haben, werden die neuen Gesichter von modelmanagement.com und werden so optimal für ihre neue Karriere gefördert, da wir sie über unsere Netzwerke ins internationale Rampenlicht stellen.
Du wirst eingeladen zur After Party, organisiert von TRAFFIC MODELS, welche nach der Runway Show stattfinden wird. Dies ist ebenfalls eine gute Möglichkeit Top Professionals aller möglichen Branchen zu treffen und..

Legal Notice for modelmanagement.com’s Fresh Faces 2012 contest
Participation in the Fresh Faces Contest requires your acceptance of the below rules.
A. If you are a minor, the below rules must be accepted by your parent or guardian on your behalf. Persons under the age of 14 years are not permitted to participate in the Fresh Faces Contest.
B. You must create your profile on the modelmanagement.com website in order to have the opportunity to be pre-selected for the Fresh Faces Contest. Please go to www.modelmanagement.com, click on “Sign Up” and select “I’m a new face (aspiring model)”. After creating the account you will receive your password and you will be able to log in and create your profile.
C. By participating in the Fresh Faces Contest, you (or your legal guardian if you are a minor) acknowledge that you are currently not subject to any contract that does not allow the publication of your image, your participation in the Fresh Faces Contest or in any form of promotion associated therewith.
D. You represent and warrant that you have the requisite rights to any images you upload and that the image is a recent picture of you and not of someone else. Any content uploaded by you shall comply with all applicable legislation, and respect all third-party rights.
E. You (or your legal guardian if you are a minor) hereby grant modelmanagment.com the non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right and license to display your pictures free of charge on modelmanagement.com’s websites (or those of any related entity) and to use the information in your application such as name, city, pictures, biography, and all other information provided in connection with the Fresh Faces Contest, to promote the Fresh Faces Contest and modelmanagement.com’s websites worldwide without previous notification or consultation. You hereby waive any legal rights to claim any monetary compensation for the use of your name, voice, image, measurements, biography and/or quotes used in connection with the Fresh Faces Contest worldwide. The rights under this Section shall be granted to modelmanagement.com for a period of 3 years from the date of your application for participation in the Fresh Faces Contest.
F. You shall indemnify and hold modelmanagement.com harmless from and against all actions, including damage claims, asserted by other users or third parties against modelmanagement.com resulting from an infringement of their rights by such content. You assume all reasonable costs modelmanagement.com incurs due to an infringement of third party rights, including all reasonable legal-defense costs. All other rights of modelmanagement.com, including the right to claim damages, shall remain unaffected.
G. If you are selected as one of the 10 finalists, you hereby authorize modelmanagement.com to publish your name and biography and to use your image to market the Fresh Faces Contest, including on different websites and press media which are going to relay information on the Fresh Faces Contest.
H. You agree to respond to any requests for additional information by modelmanagement.com, its business partners, or any of their employees or interns in a timely and accurate manner. Furthermore, you agree to cooperate with any media communications, interviews, quotes, and to participate in any events as reasonably required by modelmanagement.com for purposes of the Fresh Faces Contest.
I. If you are the eventual winner but are found to have violated one of these rules or the general terms and conditions of modelmanagment.com, you may be disqualified from and may have to forfeit any prizes associated with the Fresh Faces Contest.
J. You (or your legal guardian if you are a minor) acknowledge that the application has been completed in a truthful and accurate manner.
Legal Conditions -La Maquinista
In accordance with the Art. 5 of the Constitution Law (Ley Organica 15/1999) about Protection of Personal details, we inform you that you personal details will be included in a database who’s responsible holders are the community of owners of the commercial centre La Maquinista (and La Maquinista itself), with the scope of carrying out promotional activities.
In order to manage the purpose of this form, your details will be given to Unibail Rodamco España. Your personal details will be treated with maximum required confidentiality and secrecy. La Maquinista adopted technical and organizational measures defined in the Real Decreto of December 21st 1720/2007, for which the regulation of development of the Constitution Law (Ley Organica 15/1999) is approved.
You can exercise your rights for access, amendment, cancellation and opposition with your physical ID and a photocopy to Paseo Potosi, 2, 08030 Barcelona.
