Don’t spend too much time worrying about the things you can’t control. “Everything happens for a reason” is so cliche, but at the same time always ends up being true. Whatever you may be going through, big or small, you’ll come out of it stronger than you were before. Although not thinking before you act can end with disaster, thinking too much can be just as bad. You’re so caught up in your thoughts that you lose sight of what’s in front of you. You could spend your time thinking about past mistakes, what you could have done, or what you didn’t do… but it won’t matter because it already happened and there’s nothing you can do about it. Forget about the past, learn from it and move on. As for the future… well it’s always good to think ahead. Don’t get too ahead of yourself though. You could be stressing so much about your future, that you don’t take the time to value your present. Appreciate what you have, and who you have. You’re blessed, your presence is a present.
Relax, and go with the flow. Everything always falls in place, and some things might take more time than others. Just know everything… the hardships, the struggle, the stress, the pain, the tears… everything will be worth it in the end. You can count on that.
