Oscars 2017: The Outfits

Every year the Oscars bring together a whole host of famous faces in order to acknowledge and celebrate cinematic excellence. This year, like the many before it, saw the red carpet adorned with beautiful actors, models, and celebrities wearing impressive outfits courtesy of some of the most known fashion houses in the world. The fashion captures our attention every year (even more so than the drama of wrongly announced awards!) and so this year we’ve decided to share with you fashionista followers our top 10 Oscar looks…

Chris Evans made an impact on us with his bold blue, Salvatore Ferragamo suit.

This dreamy, backless gown by Zuhair Murad was the perfect Oscars outfit, worn by Nicole Kidman.

Ruth Negga wowed onlookers with a striking red Valentino gown, completed with matching rubies.

Dev Patel, picture perfect in Burberry.

Meryl Streep is possibly one of the most stylish ladies in the world, right? Dress by Elie Saab Haute Couture.

Dakota Johnson shows us all how to work ruffles in this sleek Gucci number.

You can’t go wrong with a black dress and Kirsten Dunst shows us how to do it very right in this elegant gown from Christian Dior.

Model, Karlie Kloss seemed inspired by Gwyneth Paltrow’s 2012 Oscars look in her beautifully simple, all white Stella McCartney dress.

Pharrell Williams and producing partner Mimi Valdes take our final positions. Pharrell was as fashionable as ever working all Chanel whilst Mimi wowed with a pastel pink gown and a braided crown.
