Female Models for Fashion and street style Photoshoots in NYC

I am an traveling enthusiastic photographer and I am looking for model who are interested in building their portfolio. So I’ll like to collaborate with them. I do the shoots for free. I collaborate with the model to what type of shoot they are interested in and work along with them to finalize the photo shoot, usually I discuss it in details by sharing my portfolio and what are their interest, also discuss more details regarding the area, attire and work along in that area. My main priority is what the model is looking for and also give them the safe environment and feel them easy through discussion, as I believe it’s quite vital and important to do that which makes the photo shoot come out good. I don't require much experience, just feeling at ease in front of the camera. Since I do shoots as a hobby and the model has some inputs regarding the shoot or wants some different sort of shoot I am open to ideas.
