Account Services & Maintenance Opening new checking, savings, and money-market accounts Assisting with debit/ATM card issuance, mobile banking setup, and online bill pay Processing routine transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) and resolving account discrepancies Financial Needs Assessment Reviewing a client’s financial goals, income, credit history, and risk tolerance Identifying which products (loans, credit cards, investments) best suit their situation Explaining fees, interest rates, and account terms clearly
