Through a creative flow of guided movements, breath work & soothing vibrations of sound bowls we will explore your inner powers. This is more than just yoga; it’s a chance to harness your potential, refresh your mind and feel truly good with your body & spirit. This class is perfect for creators of all kinds looking to connect, unwind, rejuvenate & ignite their inspiration! We are looking for creators to come in, make content of the class, studio & experience. Right now we offer the class Saturday mornings but have other times/ classes throughout the week, inquire & we can find a time that works best for you!
