Looking for starting models in the Berlin area

A freelance photographer is looking for models in the Berlin area. He requires fresh faces for TFPs, basically the starters and amateurs in the modelling field. His company scouts talent and fit them in the short and temporary paid assignments, which come now and then, and for which the sponsors are not ready to hire someone on monthly basis, but on per-shoot or per-hour basis only.
