A propos de moi
Belgian born and raised, I am a former filmmaker turned photographer and living on the Dutch / German border now. Having learned my craft with shooting on film and spending many hours in the darkroom, I now use digital cameras and software to create my work.
But that hasn’t changed my approach to my photography in the way I see the landscape or a city. The magic of a photograph for me still very much lies in the moment of the capture. After the photoshoot, I try to convey the feeling I had when I looked at the subject or scenery for the very first time, offering the viewer a glimpse of a moment of beauty.
