We are a retouching agency (PHLY pronounced Fly) with resident photographer and a beautiful Boardroom studio for hire. Positioned in our fantastic Grade II listed building with authentic Georgian features. Perfect for fashion, lingerie, fitness, jewellery, cosmetics with gorgeous natural light – that can also go completely to black using the original shutters.

With toilet/changing area, extra large mobile pop-up changing area, patio and garden to chill out in, blankets, mirrors, mirrors and more mirrors. Tea/coffee, WiFi, recycled glass bottled water, biscuits etc. We hope to have everything covered for keeping our visiting models and photographers comfortable.

Right in the centre of the Cathedral Quarter of Derby, easy access to all amenities and parking. The Cathedral Quarter Hotel just over the road if photographers/models/mua need a stay over. Looking forward to seeing what amazing creative images are made here!

Easy access – on the ground floor. With a couple of parking spaces and with disabled/regular parking on the street outside and multi story car park on bold lane a minutes walk away. No disabled toilet facilities regrettably.

Studio Hire Rates:
£25 per hour minimum 2 hours (During Covid 4 hours)
£85 – 4 hours
£120 – 6 hours
£150 – 8 hours

Photographer Hire: £50/h
