Requisiti
We are seeking models and lifestyle creators aged 18+ for an unpaid portfolio collaboration at Essex Mansion. We welcome a range of backgrounds and looks, with a natural camera presence and an interest in creating polished lifestyle content. Scenes include relaxing in the interiors, shared dining, cinema, garden and selected pool/wellness setups. Bring a few agreed wardrobe options and arrive camera-ready; an MUA is optional, not guaranteed. Swimwear is only for participants who opt in beforehand. No nudity is required.
Dedicated presenters are also being recruited. For a presenter-led property tour, upload a speaking video and tell us when applying if you wish to be considered.
This is an unpaid portfolio collaboration with no participation fee. You receive selected images and video featuring you or your work, plus allocated time to create your own content. All content created during the collaboration is shared as well. Exact deliverables, file requirements, deadlines and mutual usage permissions will be agreed in writing before confirmation. Content is intended for our property marketing, including its website, social media and paid advertising, as well as agreed participant portfolio/social use.
