WE ARE RECRUITING EXPERIENCED BOOTH STAFF FOR ERS IN MILAN 10 – 12 SEPTEMBER Event Name : ERS 2023 Venue : Milano Convention Centre (Mico) Venue City : Milan Work Dates/Hours : Sunday 10 September: 7am - 5pm Sunday 11 September: 7.30am - 5pm Sunday 12 September: 7.30am - 5pm [for hours worked before 8am only, you would get the overtime rate which is the hourly rate x 1.5]. Job Role : Engager Dress Code : Smart black business attire: black trousers/knee length skirt, white shirt/blouse with a collar, black blazer/jacket, black professional closed toe shoes, hair and make-up should be natural and elegant. Job Description: This is a very proactive role, you are expected to be always proactively approaching and engaging visitors, encouraging them to take part in the booth activities [touch screen content] and guide them through the activity - you need to answer questions from the delegates, and you would be given a script to follow. Keep the area clear and tidy and general onsite assistance. Payment : 25.00 EUR/Per Hour payable within 30 days after the last day of the event by bank transfer. Expenses Payable : 15 euro per day towards travel, 15 euro per day towards food [fixed expenses, no receipts required - all payable with the final payment after the show]. Requirements: - fluent English - experience in events / conferences / congresses / exhibitions / live marketing / acting or similar - must be outgoing, confident, punctual, friendly, polite, professional, reliable and proactive - must be available for the full duration of the event - must live or have accommodation in Milan for easy access to the venue Apply now!
