“DPND TORO” is a recording artist and aspiring model from the Cayman Islands. As one part of the collective known as DPND along with DPND VIRGIL, TORO was inspired to choose his name from his mother’s maiden last name Toro as well being born during the Chinese Year of the Ox. TORO is an innovative artist trying to blend the sounds of the carribean into the Hip-Hip Trap/Rap scene along with one of his closest friends and producer Danneh Ka$h.
Growing up TORO always wanted to be in movies, do music, or some form of entertainment but never had the belief in himself to pursue any of these. One day it was like a flip switched and everything changed. Having friends and family that were already making moves in the local music scene he decided to start pursuing these dreams immediately.
