Generalitati LEU:

Sunt persoane care isi formeaza un singur mod de a actiona si organizeaza activitatile in jurul felului lor de a fi si a concluziilor lor. Sunt inclinati sa actioneze ca o forta stabilizatoare si ca o ancora pentru ceilalti. Vigurosi, perseverenti, hotarati, orientati pe scop, de nadejde, loiali, si siguri pe sine. Le place stabilitatea. Vor sa posede lucrurile, sa acumuleze. Le ia adesea mult timp pana pornesc, dar odata porniti nu mai pot fi opriti.
