About Chris Ting

Photographer based in Sydney, Australia who's main focus is "lifestyle" photography, with an emphasis on using natural light and minimum gear to achieve the most natural photos of people. I shoot mainly with my trusted Canon 5D with 24mm or 50mm L lenses to bring out the sharpest images and detail. The most gear I will use is some reflectors and perhaps a diffused strobe, but nothing too heavy that will limit the locations that we can shoot at. You may find me shooting even after I have said "That's a wrap", as nothing can improve a picture more than being at ease. I hate over manipulated images and tend to stay away from Photoshop, other than to remove blemishes, but I love staying within the realm of Lightroom, to make the model stand out.
