In one sentence, successful communication in a live marketing environment is about message, body language/ attitude and last but not least – a professional image.

MM: In the model-world, as well in promotion, the demand for not only an attractive appearance but also for an appealing personality combined with a good education rises. Which are in your opinion the factors which drive this development?

L: I think competition between agencies increases year by year due to highly globalised economic environments and this is shaping both the way agencies operate and the clients’ demands. Once exhibitors focus more on what they want to achieve, and on what their targets are at tradeshow exhibitions, they would have more specific requirements and these won’t be resumed to attractive looks. We can all acknowledge the industry consolidation within the past 5-10 years, during which choosing high quality over low prices became an imperative in delivering results and increasing Return on Investment, especially in our field.
