Paid! Production seeking actors for upcoming film in Vancouver!

A film production is looking for enthusiastic and professional talent to join their team for the short film SCARECROW. This is an independent production with a running length of 6-8 minutes, and is being shot on Red Epic Dragon in 6k. The team has produced several short films in the past, and expects the 3 day shoot to take place near the end of September or in October. The film is a super-natural horror with a dramatic and super-natural elements, it is inspired by films such as 'The Ring' and Chris Carter's 'The X-Files'. They are currently casting for the two main characters, Samantha and Len, a support character (Foreman), and the smaller role of Samantha's roommate. OPEN CASTING ● Samantha (Young and outspoken, lead character, hard worker, with a sensitive side as well) ● Len (Young, hard worker, co-worker of Samantha, and co-lead character) ● Foreman (Rugged, owner of a farm, and boss of Samantha and Len) ● Roommate (Comical, young, eccentric, improvisation is an asset) This is an independent project, with a modest budget. The above positions have an honorarium of between $50-$150, and IMDB credit will be provided, along with footage for your reel.
