I am an artistic photographer whose work has been displayed at the Louvre, among other places. (A stroke of luck that I do not expect to be repeated in my lifetime.)
Like most artists, starvation is always nearby. I will do whatever I can to pay you, to give you prints, or anything else in my means, but in all probability, it will be less than your standard rates. I ask you to make a sacrifice in the cause of art and immortality. When we are sipping champaigne at MoMA's black-tie gala opening, you'll think it was all worthwhile.
