About me
My name is Kayla Tatiana Colón Batista. I was born in Belleville, New Jersey in 1997. My mother is natural from Puerto Rico, and my father is natural from New Jersey. My parents moved to Morovis, Puerto Rico in 1998 where I was to be raised for the next 16 years along with my older brother. Few years after my parents got divorced at the age of 11. In 2012 I moved to Georgia with my mother and stepfather and I graduated high school in Roswell’s Centennial High in 2015. After a year I graduated from Georgia Dental Careers Institute in the summer of 2017, and presently I'm working with an amazing general dentist who is also a surgeon and provides orthodontic solutions here in Georgia. My next goal is to become a dental Hygienist by 2020 so that I can build a solid career in the dental industry.
Ever since I was little, people have been telling me that I should try becoming a model, and even though I have always wanted or dreamed this, I never threw myself out there to see what possibilities could manifest for me. But now it’s different, I have seen what happens when I set goals for myself, and if I was able to become a dental assistant, and I know I can become a Hygienist, I now I have a vision to become a professional model as well, no matter what! I feel that my parents, family and friends are the ones responsible to make me believe in myself now more than ever, and they say that things happen when the time is right. I have a feeling that I am ready for this opportunity and become a successful and professional model, and I know God will guide me on the correct path to achieve this. Today is the day is when I feel prepared to open my wings and go for one of my dreams, be that girl in the world of the glamour and become a role model for girls so that they can feel empowered and capable go for their dreams.
